WorldMusic.website provides digital promotion and materials for independent artists, focusing on World Music (including Ethnic, Folk, Traditional, Ethno-Electronica, Jazz, and related styles). Service descriptions and pricing are shown on the relevant pages and may be updated from time to time.

3. Mandatory Moderation and Right of Refusal
Every order undergoes a mandatory manual moderation process to ensure compliance with our quality standards and genre focus.
– Required Information: The Client must provide a valid email address and the link/content for promotion.
– Moderation Period: Within 24-48 hours of payment.
– Prohibited Content: We strictly refuse materials containing pornography, violence, hate speech, or illegal activities.
– Genre Policy: We reserve the right to refuse content that does not align with our “World Music” aesthetic.
– Rejection and Refund: If the content is rejected, we will notify the Client via email and initiate a full refund within the 48-hour window.

4. Payments and Processing
Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Payments are processed by authorized third-party payment providers (“Payment Processors”). Your card details are handled by the Payment Processor and are not stored on the Website. If a transaction is flagged for security, additional verification (like 3-D Secure) may be required.

5. Service Delivery, Timelines, and Proof
Service execution begins only after successful payment and passing moderation (24-48 hours).
IMPORTANT: Once the material passes moderation and the promotion starts, the Service is considered fully delivered and accepted. No additional manual confirmation (“Accept” button) is required from the Client to finalize the transaction. Where applicable, we provide proof of delivery (links, screenshots, or logs).

6. Performance Disclaimer (No Guaranteed Results)
We do not guarantee specific metrics (views, likes, followers, or rankings). Performance depends on third-party platform algorithms and the quality of the Client’s original content.

7. Refund Policy
– Due to the digital nature of our Services, orders are strictly non-refundable once the Service execution has started.
– If we reject an order during the 24-48 hour moderation window, a refund will be issued.
– Processing Times: We initiate refunds within 48 hours, but the actual arrival of funds depends on the Payment Processor and the bank. We are not responsible for bank-related delays.
– Before initiating a chargeback, you agree to contact us at info@worldmusic.website to attempt a good-faith resolution.

8. Client Responsibilities
The Client is responsible for providing accurate links and ensuring they have the rights to use and share any content provided.

9. Intellectual Property
Unless explicitly stated, all educational materials, templates, and strategies remain the intellectual property of WorldMusic.website. Clients receive a non-exclusive license for personal use. Redistribution or resale is prohibited.

10. Third-Party Platforms and Links
We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any third-party platform (social networks, streaming services). We are not responsible for their availability or policy changes.

11. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability for any claim related to a specific order will not exceed the amount paid for that order.

12. Changes to the Terms
Continued use of the Website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
