Bluegrass is hot right now, and only continues to get hotter. There might not be a better example of this enthusiasm and growth in bluegrass than the rapid expansion of the Earl Scruggs Music Festival.

Chris plays in Marty Stuarts band. Marty did play this festival a couple years ago and yes Chris was there.
FWIW: Chris is not as tight with the bluegrass crowd, as his interests are in Country music.
He will be at DelFest in May along with Marty.
God bless bluegrass, than which no current American roots music deserves a more enthusiastic, appreciative audience and a happier fate.
I’m excited. I got my pass before the lineup was announced. When I got a survey after last year’s festival, it asked who do you want booked for 2026 and I put Mountain Grass Unit. Still haven’t seen them so looking forward to them being there. I’ll take full credit for them being booked, so you’re welcome 🙂
